Visit the Hong Kong International Aviation Academy (HKIAA) to jointly promote talent development and industry growth in the aviation sector

On April 1, 2026, the AEM was invited to visit the HKIAA to exchange ideas on talent development and industry in the aviation sector.

The delegation visited the academy's teaching facilities, experiencing firsthand professional training facilities such as air traffic control simulators and flight simulators, gaining a deeper understanding of Hong Kong's standardized and professional talent development system and development plans for the civil aviation industry.

Both sides exchanged views on future cooperation directions, exploring how to leverage Hong Kong's international advantages in the aviation industry to promote aviation talent and resource integration in the Greater Bay Area, countries and regions along the Belt and Road Initiative, injecting new momentum into the high-quality development of the regional aviation industry.
